Ezra Potash is a very accomplished bass trombone player. He was also selected for the Nebraska All-State Jazz Band as the bass trombone player in 2010 as well as the 2nd Tuba in the state at All-State Concert Band as well in 2008. He currently plays the bass trombone in the featured Concert Jazz Band at Westside High School and for the Metropolitan Area Youth Jazz Orchestra. Ezra can be heard on Andy Greenberg's nationally syndicated radio program "Your Daily High," which can be heard on hundreds of Radio America networks around the country. He studies under the great mentor of Jay Wise of the Omaha Symphony Orchestra. Associated groups: Metropolitan Area Youth Jazz Orchestra (MAYJO), Concert Jazz Band, Notes of the Round Table, The Amazing Technicolor Show Choir (Band), as well as many other groups. Ezra currently plays on a Conn 62H Bass Trombone. |
